Guaranteed size exchange. The collar is personalised, but size is never a problem: message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery. We remove the name charms and remount them on a strap in the right size — you only pay the exchange shipping.
12-month warranty on defects. A charm that breaks, a buckle that gives way: within 12 months of delivery we replace the part or the collar. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
Personalised items. As with all made-to-order products, refunds are not available except for manufacturing defects. Non-personalised items keep the 14-day money-back guarantee.
Care Instructions
100% waterproof silicone: mud, sea and rain won't damage it.
- After the walk: rinse it under running water, charms included.
- After sea or pool: rinse off salt and chlorine with fresh water and dry the metal buckle.
- Stubborn dirt: lukewarm water and mild soap, air dry.
- Avoid: washing machine, bleach, solvents. You won't need them: silicone doesn't hold odours.

Come scelgo la taglia giusta?
Misura il collo e lascia lo spazio di due dita. Le misure vere: S 1,5 × 38 cm · M 1,9 × 48 cm · L 2,5 × 58 cm — nella guida taglie accanto al configuratore trovi anche le razze tipiche per ogni misura. E la fibbia ha i fori di regolazione, quindi c'è margine.
I charm possono sfilarsi?
No: ogni lettera si infila stretta sulla cinghia e ogni collare viene composto e controllato nel nostro laboratorio prima della spedizione. Se un giorno vuoi cambiarlo scrivici pure: ci pensiamo noi.
Va bene per un cane che tira?
Sì: la fibbia è in metallo con fori di regolazione, come una cintura — niente sgancio rapido in plastica che può cedere sotto strattone.
Resiste davvero ad acqua e fango?
Sì: 100% silicone impermeabile. Dopo il mare, la pioggia o la corsa nel prato basta una sciacquata sotto l'acqua e torna come nuovo — niente odori, niente lavatrice.
Quante lettere posso mettere?
Fino a 8 caratteri, e ogni lettera può avere un colore diverso. Puoi aggiungere anche cuore, stella, fiore o zampa accanto al nome.
I colori sbiadiscono?
No: le lettere non sono stampate sulla fascia. Ogni charm è silicone colorato in massa: niente incisioni che si consumano né stampe che si staccano.
Sostituisce la medaglietta?
No: il nome rende il collare riconoscibile da chiunque lo incontri, ma microchip e recapiti restano indispensabili.
